Senior ICS Penetration Tester

Role Overview

Execute authorized red team engagements against industrial control systems. You understand Modbus, DNP3, and how to probe PLCs without tripping plant operations.

The Mission

• Conduct safe, authorized penetration testing on industrial control systems and SCADA networks.
• Develop custom tools and scripts to assess proprietary industrial protocols.
• Perform physical security assessments of remote sites and control centers.

The Tech

• Proven experience in OT/ICS penetration testing (OSCP, GPEN, or similar).
• Ability to write custom scripts in Python, Go, or PowerShell.
• Willingness to travel to client sites (plants, refineries, substations) up to 30%.
